A non-profit company limited by guarantee and without a share capital, Stellenbosch University SA Foundation UK, was registered in England in December 2004 (Company number 5304075) to look after the interests of Stellenbosch University in the UK. The company is registered as a charity (charity registration number 1107297) with the UK Charity Commission. The objects of the Foundation are general, charitable objects and in particular the advancement of education at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. The Directors/Trustees intend to apply all money raised for the benefit of Stellenbosch University.
